I think this is a nice article, a nice amount of detail but not an excuse to flog probiotics. It could be a bit clearer about some things, e.g. 90% of cells in a human may be bacterial (if i remember correctly, there are 10 to the power of between 9 and 11 bacterial cells per gram of human faeces), but bacterial cells are generally much smaller than the average mammalian cell, so your weight and volume are not 90% bacterial.
